Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Order by Customer:
After placing an order, a customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as “processing” under Order Status. On receiving the order, Anirink.com will call the customer on the contact number provided for the confirmation of order. If three telephone calls go unanswered, an SMS/Email will be sent across to the customer and a confirmation reply of order will be expected within 24-48 hours. The product will be dispatched from our end only after the confirmation of the order from the customer.
In case there is no response from the customer, if the order is prepaid, the order will be cancelled and partial amount will be refunded after deduction of online transaction fees (2%).
In case the order has already been “processed” & the goods dispatched by us, the order cannot be cancelled by the customer & charges will be applicable as mentioned above.
Cancellation of Order by Anirink.com:
Anirink.com has the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed incorrectly (price discrepancy, stocks availability) or for any other reason known only to Anirink.com. The customer will be informed and 100% payment will be refunded in this case regardless of the order being confirmed/processed. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the Customer (i.e. incorrect or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Anirink.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer.
